Helen earned her Master of Science in Nursing from San Diego State University and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

She is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Helen has worked in acute care hospitals caring for diverse patient populations across multiple specialties.

She is dedicated to ongoing professional development and delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Helen takes a comprehensive and multi-modal approach to treatment, combining interventional procedures, different therapies, lifestyle modifications, and medications to help patients improve their health and quality of life.
