Dr. Mastaneh Nikravesh is a fellowship-trained spine and pain specialist and triple board-certified in Pain Medicine, Addiction Medicine, and Internal Medicine. She completed her Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Washington. Prior to that, she completed a fellowship in Addiction Medicine at Stanford University.

She brings a multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach to pain care. Her clinical philosophy emphasizes integrative strategies and interventional procedures designed to enhance quality of life for patients with complex chronic pain conditions.

Her clinical approach combines advanced techniques such as fluoroscopic-guided epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation and spinal cord stimulation.

Originally from San Diego, Dr. Nikravesh is passionate about serving her community and helping patients regain mobility and independence through individualized treatment plans and collaborative care.
